You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. phpark will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security concern in advance. phpark cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. We strongly recommend using a unique, strong password and logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phpark are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using the payment methods available on the Deposit page, and withdrawals are processed through the channels described on the Withdrawal page. phpark does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks before processing, and phpark reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the identity of the account holder before releasing funds. Any attempt to manipulate the deposit or withdrawal process, including the use of fraudulent payment methods, will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules and Settlements

All bets placed on phpark are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. Bets are final once confirmed — phpark does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed, and the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. The following activities are strictly prohibited on phpark and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or games.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Engaging in any activity that phpark reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or other financial crime.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

phpark monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where evidence of prohibited activity is found, phpark may withhold funds pending investigation and cooperate fully with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required.
